Healthy living is part of our culture. Even now as I write this post I can see runners work their way through the Dupont Circle crowds. From healthy eats like Chop’t Salad Company to Yola to our amazing running trails along the Potomac River, Washington, DC is in my mind one of the healthiest vacation destinations around.
